Bookings & Payments

To secure your place on a Solset Collective, a €500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit confirms your spot and allows us to organise accommodations, experiences, and logistics for the group.

The remaining balance must be paid before the retreat begins, by the date communicated after booking.
Payment may be made either in full or via an agreed installment plan, when available.

All prices are listed and paid in EUR.


Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If you cancel your participation after booking, all payments made are non-refundable, as arrangements and commitments are made in advance for each participant.

However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, subject to the following conditions:

• You must notify Solset Collective in writing.
• The replacement participant must meet all retreat requirements and complete the booking and agreement process.
• The transfer must be confirmed at least 15 days before the retreat start date.
• Any administrative or price differences may apply.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.

If Solset Collective must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made directly to us.
Travel-related expenses (such as flights, visas, or additional accommodation) are not covered.

Travel & Documentation

Flights and travel expenses are not included.

Participants are responsible for:

• Booking their own flights
• Holding valid travel documents (passport, visas if required)
• Meeting any health, vaccination, or entry requirements

General guidance may be provided once booking is confirmed, but responsibility remains with the participant.


Health & Safety

Solset Collective are designed around wellbeing and care.

Participants are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or mobility considerations during booking.

If we believe participation may not be safe or suitable, we reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking in the interest of your wellbeing.


Conduct & Respect

Solset Collective are grounded in kindness, respect, and positive shared energy.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others, without refund.

Personal stories and experiences shared during the retreat are confidential and must remain private.


Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during retreat activities and shared moments to document the experience.

These images may be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials.
While we are always mindful and respectful, we cannot guarantee exclusion from group images captured in shared spaces.


Special Requests

We will always do our best to accommodate dietary needs or special requests.
However, accommodation of all requests cannot be guaranteed.
