DAY 1

Our opening circle and sound healing melt away the noise of your everyday life you instantly feel held. DAY 3

DAY 4

Pilates that makes you feel powerful, long, unstoppable. Then a Brunch Brunch at one of Dubai’s iconic beach clubs, music rising, sea sparkling, magnetic energy. The night is free for exploration.

DAY 5

Infrared Pilates to ignite fire from the inside out. A content creation workshop that lets you be seen in the most beautiful, honest way. You step into the frame like a woman who finally knows her worth. For the farewell dinner, we dress up, we laugh louder, we toast to who we are and who we’re becoming.

DAY 6
